• No brokerage services are provided, and no real financial markets are accessed.

2. No Investment, Brokerage, or Financial Advice

• ExpertEliteFunds is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial services provider under Polish or international law.

• No part of the platform constitutes financial advice or offers to buy or sell financial instruments.

3. Simulation and Hypothetical Results

• All trading simulations are performed on internal systems only.

• You will not receive login credentials or access to live or demo brokerage platforms.

• All performance data is hypothetical and does not reflect real trades.

• No actual money is earned, lost, or disbursed as part of the simulated challenges.

4. Challenge Fees

• Users may be required to pay a non-refundable evaluation fee to participate in specific challenges.

• Payment of this fee does not entitle the user to funding, employment, or compensation of any kind.

5. Payouts and Funding

• Any mention of payouts, funded accounts, or rewards is purely discretionary.

• ExpertEliteFunds reserves the right to deny or revoke payouts, funding offers, or account upgrades at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all.

• Participation in a challenge does not create a legal or contractual entitlement to compensation or future benefits.

6. Independent Users

• Users are independent participants in a simulated evaluation system.

• Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between you and ExpertEliteFunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Polish law:

• ExpertEliteFunds is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site or participation in the simulations.

• Users agree that any financial expectations, including anticipated payouts, profits, or funding, are entirely speculative.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

9. Changes to Terms

• ExpertEliteFunds reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
